What you’ll do
- Guide masons and site teams — give technical direction aligned with MINEDUC drawings and standards.
- Report weekly (and anytime needed) on site progress to the District level and copy the sector Executive Secretary.
- Ensure construction respects MINEDUC norms & standards.
- Safeguard tools, materials & equipment and prepare utilization reports at District and Sector levels.
- Log daily works and materials used in the site book.
- Maintain professional ethics and confidentiality during and after the contract.
- Send daily updates via SMS to the District School Construction Engineer and/or MINEDUC Field Officer.
- Make sure project activities comply with the site-specific ESMP and other environmental & social safeguards.
- Support the grievance redress mechanism at site level.

Qualifications
- Advanced Diploma in Civil Engineering
- 2 years relevant experience
- A2 (RTQF Level 5 / S6) in Masonry
- 3 years relevant experience
- A2 Certificate in Construction Technology
- 3 years relevant experience
- Advanced Diploma in Construction
- 2 years relevant experience
- Advanced Diploma in Construction Management
- 2 years relevant experience
- A2 Certificate in Public Works
- 3 years relevant experience
