Morocco Scholarships 2025 — Fully Funded Bachelor Programs for Rwandan Students

The Kingdom of Morocco, in partnership with the Government of Rwanda, has offered bachelor-level scholarships to Rwandan students for the 2025 intake. Courses will be conducted in French.

Programs Available

• Medical Studies
• Engineering
• Architecture
• Agricultural & Veterinary Sciences

Eligibility

Applicants must hold a Senior Six result slip/certificate with at least 80% (or equivalent in the 2025 National Examinations).

Required Documents

• Application letter addressed to the Director General of HEC
• Copy of National ID or valid Passport
• One passport-size photo
• Transcripts of last two years of high school
• Copy of High School Diploma or Results Slip
