Eligibility

1. Relevant Master’s degree with strong academic performance
2. Preferably 2+ years of professional experience
3. Background in social sciences and deep interest in international affairs

Stipend & Duration

Singapore Citizens: SGD 2,800/month (+ SGD 500 after Qualifying Exam; CPF on top)

Singapore PRs: SGD 2,400/month (+ SGD 500 after Qualifying Exam)

International Students: SGD 2,200/month (+ SGD 500 after Qualifying Exam)

Typical award period: up to 3 years

• No post-graduation work obligation

January (Semester 2) intake: August 1 – December 10
