- Notified copies of Advanced Diploma certificate and academic transcripts
- Proof of English proficiency for students from non-English systems
- Foreign applicants must provide equivalence certificates approved in Rwanda
- Copy of National ID or valid passport
- Recent passport photo
- Payment of a non-refundable application fee of 5,000 RWF
